When director Alfie decided to transfer between colleges, he found the process overwhelmingly stressful. Left in the dark by his previous agency, he faced frustration and confusion at every turn. Determined to navigate the system on his own, Alfie successfully managed two transfers himself, gaining firsthand experience with the complexities of the college transfer process.
Drawing from these challenges and his growing expertise, Alfie began assisting teammates and players nationwide, guiding them through their own transfers.
Recognising the need for a clearer, more supportive resource, he founded U.S. College Soccer Transfers.
Today, the platform simplifies the transfer journey, offering transparency, support, and peace of mind for student-athletes ready to take the next step in their academic and athletic careers.
